Who We Treat / Services Offered
Solida Behavioral Health, PLLC provides outpatient telepsychiatry services for adults seeking psychiatric evaluation and medication management for common mental health concerns. Our care is especially well-suited for high-functioning adults, professionals, adult students, parents, and others who are managing life on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep problems, stress, burnout, or mood-related symptoms.
We commonly work with adults who are trying to stay engaged in work, school, relationships, parenting, and daily responsibilities, but feel that their mental health symptoms are beginning to interfere with their quality of life.
We commonly treat symptoms related to:
Depression
Anxiety disorders
Panic attacks
ADHD
Insomnia and sleep-related concerns
Mood-related symptoms
OCD-related symptoms
Trauma-related symptoms
Stress, burnout, and adjustment-related concerns
Our approach begins with a careful assessment of your symptoms, history, goals, and current life circumstances. When medication is clinically appropriate, we work with you to develop a treatment plan that is practical, personalized, and monitored over time. We also recognize that mental health is influenced by many factors, so treatment may include discussion of therapy, sleep habits, physical activity, stress management, routines, and other whole-person strategies that support long-term improvement.

Solida Behavioral Health, PLLC does not provide standalone therapy or ongoing counseling and should not replace care with a dedicated and professional therapist when regular therapy is recommended.

Solida Behavioral Health, PLLC was created for patients who want psychiatric care that feels thoughtful, personal, and collaborative — not rushed, not one-size-fits-all, not medication-first. Being a private practice means we are able to give patients the time needed to understand the full picture: symptoms, history, lifestyle, stressors, goals, and previous treatment experiences before making recommendations.
Our approach is medication-informed, but not medication-only. While psychiatric medications can be helpful and sometimes necessary, we view them as one tool within a broader treatment plan. We address a variety of aspects of life because mental health is rarely explained by symptoms alone.
At Solida, treatment is designed to be conservative, clear, and individualized. That means we aim to use medication thoughtfully, avoid unnecessary complexity when possible, explain the “why” behind recommendations, and create a plan that fits your life — not just a diagnosis

Your provider will be Zach Wood, PA-C, CAQ-Psy, the founder of Solida Behavioral Health, PLLC. He provides evaluations, medication management, integrative treatment planning, and supportive follow-up care for adults.
Zach began his career as a primary care provider in Family Medicine prior to specializing in Psychiatry where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive medical care. That experience proved how closely connected different aspects of health and life can be — and Psychiatry is no exception. Physical health, sleep, lifestyle, stress, medications, and medical conditions can influence mood, behaviors and overall functioning. At Solida, Zach uses this broader medical perspective to support a holistic, integrative approach to psychiatric care.
Solida is intentionally designed as a small, provider-led practice, so you will not be passed between multiple clinicians or scheduled with someone you have not met. Zach will be the provider completing your intake, follow-up visits, medication decisions, and ongoing care planning.
What is a PA-C?
A PA-C, or Certified Physician Assistant, is a licensed medical provider trained to evaluate, diagnose, treat medical and psychiatric conditions, order testing when appropriate, and prescribe medications. PAs work in collaboration with physicians and provide care across many medical specialties, including psychiatry.
What is a CAQ-Psy?
CAQ-Psy stands for Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry. It is specialty credential offered by the NCCPA that recognizes advanced experience, knowledge, and training in psychiatric care. It means your provider has pursued additional psychiatry-specific qualification beyond general PA certification.
